Every year the when the award season begins, I become the girl equivalent to a football fan in anticipation of seeing their favorite teams kick some ass.....Only in my case, the "Super Bowl" is the Grammys.
There is no other award show like it. My favorite thing is always the way they pair unexpected artists together for performances. It all became an obsession of mine back in 2007 when John Mayer, John Legend, and Corinne Bailey Ray performed together.
They pair people together in a way that no other award show does.
I was finally able to watch the award last night online and this year, my favorite performance was the very talked about finale with David Guetta, Lil Wayne, Deadmau5, Foo Fighters, and Chris Brown all performing together.
It was so good, I had to share!
